Açık Rıza Metni
KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ni okudum. Velisi olduğum çocuk veya çocuklar için Evkip uygulamasına gireceğim ad (veya takma ad), yaş, seçilen renk ve simge bilgilerinin; çocuğuma atanan görev, puan, ödül ve yorum kayıtlarının ve göreve ekleyeceğim fotoğrafların, yalnız Evkip’in işlevlerinin sunulması (yaşa uygun görev ve kuralların uygulanması, çocuğun kendi ekranında görevlerinin gösterilmesi, aile cihazları arasında eşitleme, raporlar) amacıyla, Türkiye’deki sunucuda işlenmesine ve saklanmasına özgür irademle açık rıza veriyorum.
Bu rızanın uygulamayı kullanabilmem için zorunlu olmadığını; çocuk profili oluşturmadan veya fotoğraf eklemeden de uygulamayı tek cihazda bulutsuz kullanabileceğimi biliyorum.
Rızamı dilediğim zaman uygulamada Aile ayarları’ndan çocuk profilini veya fotoğrafları silerek ya da Hesabı sil ile, ayrıca destek@evkip.com adresine yazarak geri alabileceğimi biliyorum. Rızanın geri alınması, geri alma tarihine kadar yapılan işlemlerin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.
Explicit Consent
I have read the KVKK Information Notice. As parent/guardian, I freely give my explicit consent for the name (or nickname), age, chosen colour and icon I enter for my child or children in Evkip, the task, point, reward and comment records assigned to them, and any photos I attach to tasks, to be processed and stored on the server in Türkiye solely to provide Evkip’s features (applying age-appropriate tasks and rules, showing the child their own tasks, syncing family devices, reports).
I understand this consent is not a condition of using the app; I can use the app on a single device without the cloud without creating a child profile or adding photos.
I can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the child profile or photos in Family settings, by Delete account, or by writing to destek@evkip.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
