Evkip hesabını ve verilerini silme
Uygulamadan (en hızlı yol)
- Evkip’i açın, ebeveyn görünümüne geçin (PIN sorulursa girin).
- Sol üstteki ⚙ simgesiyle Aile ayarları’nı açın.
- En altta Hesabı sil’e dokunun ve onay için istenen kelimeyi yazın.
Ailede başka ebeveyn hesabı yoksa ailenin tüm verisi de silinir. Başka ebeveyn varsa yalnız hesabınızı mı yoksa aileyi de mi sileceğiniz sorulur.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@evkip.com adresine “Evkip hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için kayıtlı adresten yazmanız yeterlidir; parola istemeyiz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Neler silinir, neler saklanır?
- Silinir: ebeveyn hesabı (ad, e-posta), aile ve çocuk profilleri, görevler, listeler, yorumlar, puanlar, ödüller, hareket günlüğü, fotoğraflar, cihaz eşlemeleri.
- Süre: canlı sistemden hemen; şifreli yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde.
- Saklanabilir: sunucu erişim günlükleri en fazla 14 gün (güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülük); abonelik/mali kayıtlar ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca.
Hesabı silmek mağaza aboneliğini otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliği App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan ayrıca iptal edin.
Hesabınızı silmeden yalnız bazı verileri (ör. bir çocuk profili veya fotoğraflar) silmek isterseniz bunu Aile ayarları’ndan yapabilir ya da bize yazabilirsiniz.
Delete your Evkip account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open Evkip and switch to the parent view (enter the PIN if asked).
- Tap ⚙ at the top left to open Family settings.
- At the bottom, tap Delete account and type the confirmation word.
If there is no other parent account in the family, all family data is deleted too. If there is, you are asked whether to delete only your account or the whole family.
If you cannot access the app
E-mail destek@evkip.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Evkip account deletion”. Writing from the registered address verifies you; we never ask for your password. We complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: parent account (name, e-mail), family and child profiles, tasks, checklists, comments, points, rewards, activity log, photos, device pairings.
- When: immediately from the live system; from encrypted backups within 30 days.
- May be kept: server access logs up to 14 days (security and legal obligation); subscription/financial records for the period required by law.
Deleting the account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
To delete only some data (e.g. one child profile or photos) without deleting the account, use Family settings or write to us.
